Our mission is to help you stop scrolling and start living by making it easier to discover real-world experiences and meet new people.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Just Say Hey. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you are creating an account on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Your Account

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with others
• Promptly update your account information if anything changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to our community.

4. Community Guidelines

Just Say Hey is built on respect and genuine connection. You agree to:

• Treat other users with respect and kindness, both online and at events

• Follow the rules and guidelines of events you attend through our platform

Violation of these guidelines may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban from the platform.

5. Events and Connections

Just Say Hey helps facilitate connections between users and discovery of events hosted by third parties. Please understand that:

• We do not host, organize, or control most events displayed on our platform
• Event details (times, locations, prices) are provided by event hosts and may change
• We are not responsible for the conduct of other users or event organizers
• You attend events and meet other users at your own risk
• Always exercise reasonable caution when meeting new people

When you RSVP to events or join crews through Just Say Hey, you understand that other users may see that you are attending and may contact you through the platform.

6. User Content

You may submit content to Just Say Hey, including profile information, photos, messages, and feedback. You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and must ensure you have the rights to share it. We may remove content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines.

7. For Event Hosts

If you use Just Say Hey to host events or manage a community, you additionally agree to:

• Provide accurate event information
• Honor ticket prices and event details as advertised
• Respond promptly to attendee inquiries
• Maintain safe and inclusive event environments
• Comply with all applicable laws, including ticketing regulations
• Not use attendee data for purposes other than event communication without consent

Hosts using our paid features agree to our pricing terms as displayed at the time of subscription or transaction.

8. Intellectual Property

The Just Say Hey name, logo, and all related materials are our property or the property of our licensors. You may not use our branding without written permission.

The Service and its underlying technology are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Just Say Hey is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We do not warrant the accuracy of event information, the quality of connections you may make, or that you will find events or people that meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Just Say Hey and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us, if any, in the past twelve months.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the platform or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we determine, in our sole discretion, that termination is necessary to protect our platform or community.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, though certain provisions of these Terms will survive.
